Product Availability & Out of Stock Products
Graf & Sons carries thousands of products and hundreds of brands. Occasionally, an item may be temporarily out of stock. Our stock is replenished on a monthly or weekly basis depending on the particular item and brand. Since our real-time inventory system is tied directly into our website, you'll always know whether the item you're looking for is in-stock. You can check the availability of a product while viewing browsing/search results, or on any product page.
Accuracy of Product Information
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, and technical information on our website are accurate and up to date. However, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions — including product descriptions, pricing, and technical specifications — at any time without prior notice, even after an order has been submitted. If a product is listed with an error that affects your order, we will notify you and provide the option to proceed with the corrected information or cancel your order.

We must have a copy of your FOID card and valid driver’s license on file in order to ship primers, powder or ammunition to Illinois.

Orders
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, certified checks or money orders. Your card will not be charged until the order ships from our facility. If using a Pre-Paid Credit Card (Visa Gift Cards etc.) please keep your card until you receive your order, in case there are issues processing the card.
First Time Customers with orders over $500 may require a copy of your photo ID.
Advanced payment by personal or business checks are accepted but will be held 14 days for clearance. NRA and ATA members: send us a copy of your membership card and we will waive the 14 day check clearance option on orders up to $250. After your card is on file, future orders up to $250 may be shipped check okay.
Gift Cards
Give the gift of choice with a Graf & Sons Gift Card! Gift cards are delivered electronically and include a unique code that the recipient can apply at checkout. Simply enter your gift card code in the "Gift card or discount code" field during checkout and the balance will be applied to your order. Gift cards can be used toward any purchase on our website and any remaining balance stays on the card for future use. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Change of Delivery Address
Graf & Sons will no longer permit our customers to change a delivery address once your shipment has left our premises. If you need an alternate delivery address or change of delivery address once a package is shipped, please call 573-581-2266 and we will give you assistance.
Backorder Policy
Graf & Sons is happy to accept backorders.
When a backordered product is received and committed to you, we will hold that product for up to 30 days. After 30 days, we will ship the product automatically via the most economical method. Items placed on backorder are subject to price changes. We will contact you prior to shipment of any backorder, and you may cancel your backorder until the product has been picked for shipment.
Backorder Shipping Charges
All backorder items ship separate from the in-stock order and will NOT have another handling and insurance charge. In order to keep shipping costs down, we reserve the right to ship backorders via our method of choice.
Backorder Cancellation
Backorders cancelled after they have been picked for shipment are subject to a 10% restocking fee. In cases where a product has not been received from a Vendor in 365 days, all backorders for that product will be cancelled. In most of these cases, our Vendors have informed us they can’t provide reliable date when they could fulfill our demand. If a manufacturer discontinues a product, all backorders for that product will be cancelled immediately. Graf’s reserves the right to change backorder eligibility for any and all products at any time.
We encourage all Customers to sign up to be notified when out of stock products become available.
Order & Shipping Confirmations
Once you place an order, you'll automatically receive an order confirmation email with your order details and summary. When your order ships, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don't see these emails in your inbox.
Tracking an Order
You will receive a shipment confirmation email which includes a tracking number (if available). You can also look up order status on your Profile. Of course, we are always happy to assist by phone or email – you can reach us by phone at 573-581-2266 or by email at customerservice@grafs.com!

Order Changes & Cancellations
We understand that sometimes plans change, and we'll do our best to help. Because our team works quickly to process and ship orders, changes or cancellations can only be made before an order has been picked for shipment. Depending on order volume, this may be just a few minutes after your order is placed, or it may be several hours.

Sales Tax
Most states now require online retailers to collect and remit sales tax on orders shipped into their state under economic nexus laws. Following the U.S. Supreme Court's 2018 decision in South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc., businesses may be required to collect sales tax in states where they meet certain economic thresholds, even if they do not have a physical location there.
Graf & Sons collects applicable state and local sales taxes in jurisdictions where we are legally required to do so. Sales tax is calculated based on the destination shipping address and the tax laws in effect at the time your order is processed. Gift certificate purchases are generally not subject to sales tax; however, merchandise purchased using a gift certificate may be taxable depending on the applicable state and local tax laws.
If sales tax is not collected on your order, you may still be responsible for reporting and paying any applicable use tax to your state, unless your purchase is exempt or your state does not impose sales or use tax. Purchasing online or through a catalog does not automatically exempt a transaction from taxation. Many states provide convenient methods for reporting and remitting use tax through their individual income tax returns or directly through their department of revenue or tax agency.
Customers claiming a sales tax exemption must have a valid exemption certificate or other required documentation on file with Graf & Sons before an order is processed. If the required documentation has not been received and approved, we are required to collect applicable sales tax. Sales tax collected on orders processed before valid exemption documentation is received generally cannot be refunded.
Shipping
Shipping & Handling
Orders shipping within the United States must have a shipping address and credit card billing address within the United States. In addition, the issuing bank must be based in the United States.
Graf’s Flat Rate Shipping
We are pleased to offer Graf’s Flat Rate Shipping for $12.95 per order! Orders must be at least $99.00 and ship to the Contiguous 48 States to qualify. Graf’s Flat Rate Shipping uses regular ground service and may include UPS, FedEx, commercial truck or Parcel Post (USPS). Target load ammo (trap, skeet and sporting clay ammo sold by the case) is not eligible for Graf’s Flat Rate Shipping. Other exclusions (oversize/overweight products or large orders) may apply. Customers are always welcome to select any available shipping method – Shipping rates are quoted live on our site.
Orders shipping to AK & HI or will pay actual freight & insurance.
Picking Up An Order
Pick up local orders at the retail store, Graf's Reloading Superstore, located in front of our warehouse at 4132 S. Clark, Mexico, MO 65265.
Call ahead (573-581-9777) and they’ll have what you need ready when you arrive.
Pickup hours are: M-F, 8:00am – 5:00pm CST
Change of Delivery Address
Graf & Sons does not permit Customers to change a delivery address once your shipment has left our premises. If you need an alternate delivery address or change of delivery address after a package is shipped, please call 573-581-2266 and we will assist you with the change if possible.
Hazardous Materials
Powder, primers & liquid cleaning chemicals over 1 quart, will be charged a $23.50 hazardous material fee per package. Maximum gross weight per package is 40 lbs of hazardous material (some exceptions may apply). We can mix brands in one package. On any backordered hazardous material, the Customer is responsible for the $23.50 hazardous charge. No individual powder containers over 8 lbs. can be shipped. Hazardous materials cannot be shipped US Mail.
Any hazardous materials (primers, ammo) shipped via air will be charged a $140 hazardous materials fee per package. These Limited Quantity classification items (powder and any type of aerosols, oils and solvents) cannot be shipped via air. Primed hulls, primed brass and ammo do not require a Hazardous Materials fee for ground shipping.
Hazardous Materials require an adult signature for delivery. ID may be required at delivery for proof of age. In the event that the package is not delivered after 3 attempts or refused, the customer will be responsible for all associated shipping charges including Hazardous Materials fee.
Due to changes in UPS and FedEx shipping policies, packages cannot be over 50 pounds gross weight. Before this policy change by UPS and FedEx the gross box shipping weight was 70 lbs. This will change and limit hazmat packages considerably. We will have to limit shipments to 40 pounds gross weight of hazmat materials to allow for overpacking the products. We understand that this is a big change for all of our customers and we will do our best to get as much in one package as possible.
Signature Required Shipping
Non-Hazardous Shipments normally have an Indirect Signature Required for delivery. All Hazardous, Air shipments, and shipments of $1000 or more will have an Adult Signature Required for delivery. All Non-Hazardous Ground Shipments between $500 and $1000 will have an Adult Signature Required as part of the Handling & Insurance Charges (No Additional Charge).
For Non-Hazardous Shipments under $500 there is an Optional Adult Signature ($5.25): To help ensure that your package will not be stolen, misplaced or left in the hands of minors. This requires that an adult of at least 21 years of age is available to sign for your order upon delivery. When adult signature is purchased you must be home to receive your package.

You should request the Optional Adult Signature Required ($5.25) if you live in a dangerous neighborhood, believe you may have been a victim of fraud, have had a package stolen from your property, or have any concern what-so-ever. Graf & Sons, Inc. will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages that are shipped without an Adult Signature Required.
Note: Due to new Restrictions, Customers in Colorado purchasing Ammunition will automatically have an Adult Signature Required Fee ($7.00) added to their order when processing.
Alaska, Hawaii & P.O. Boxes
Orders shipping to AK & HI are charged actual freight & insurance. Ammunition and primers can NOT be shipped via USPS, these items must be shipped via Fed Ex or UPS and the Air Hazardous Mat fee ($140) is imposed when selecting this method. Powder can only be shipped via freight forwarder to Alaska and Hawaii. We reserve the right to ship by UPS, FedEx, commercial truck or Parcel Post. Please call us at 800-531-2666 if you would like a quote on freight charges before placing an order.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns
We want you to be pleased with your purchase, but if something isn't correct, let us know. If you need to return a product, we will make every reasonable effort to satisfy you.
For all returns, please contact Customer Service prior to shipment at 573-581-2266 ext. 3, or e-mail us at customerservice@grafs.com and we will make arrangements to correct your order. If approved, we will issue a Return Authorization Number.
ABSOLUTELY no returns on used items, items not in resalable packaging, or without obtaining a Return Authorization (RA) number, which expires 30 days after issuance. We do not accept returns on Loaded Ammunition, Powder, Primers, Scopes that have been Mounted, Clearance Items or Special Order Products.
A 10% restocking fee ($100 maximum) will be charged on ALL returns except those where Graf’s has made an error. We'll gladly accept returns for any Graf & Sons order upon receiving your items within 30 days of the Invoice date (some Exclusions apply see our full Exclusions List). We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return. Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

2. Carefully package the products

It may take up to 30 business days to process the return. Credits will be issued according to the method of payment when the order was placed. (example: credit card orders will be applied back to the credit card; Open Accounts are credited on the account; Cash orders will be credited with a check). We will notify you once your return has been processed.
Please note that your financial institution can take up to seven business days to reflect this transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Service.
Return Exclusions
No returns on used items or items not in like new condition, including original packaging. We do not accept returns on opened Leupold scopes, scopes that have been mounted, clearance, special order products, loaded ammunition, powder or primers.
Any defective merchandise should be returned to the manufacturer. If you have received merchandise in error, please call Customer Service at 573-581-2266 ext 3 or e-mail us at customerservice@grafs.com and we will make arrangements to correct your order. No return items shipped to Graf’s via COD will be accepted. Special orders are non-returnable. Any excluded items that are returned will be returned to you or discarded at no credit.

Some other items such as scopes and shot shell ammunition may also require export licenses to certain countries. Items are not available in all areas. Graf & Sons is able to ship to APO/FPO addresses, however these packages are subject to the import laws of the country in which the APO/FPO is located, as well as US State Department laws and regulations regarding the export of controlled goods. If you would like to receive our products we can ship to a stateside military base (or other address) that is not an APO/FPO address.

All listed prices are in U.S. dollars, and we accept cashier's checks, money orders, wire transfers or credit card payments. To ensure the safety and security of your financial information and prevent unauthorized use of your credit or debit card, Graf & Sons performs security checks, in partnership with third parties. Unfortunately, some non-US based cards may not pass the designated information and security checks. Failure to meet the appropriate security criteria will prevent Graf & Sons from completing your transaction. A notification with the final status of your order will be sent via email.
