A-Zoom Practice Ammo Rounds are much more than conventional snap caps. A-Zoom snap caps are precision CNC machined from solid aluminum to exact size, then hard anodized for ultra-smooth functioning and long cycling life. The highly durable dry fire caps can take over three thousand dry fires while protecting the firing pin. Lasts over 30 times longer than conventional snap caps. Ideal for training, storage and function testing.

These were tacked onto an order for harder to find snap caps (9.3x62). I dry fire my bolt guns enough (and eject on the floor), that I worry about firing pin damage if I don't use snap caps. These work as expected. Being aluminum they do wear at the rim after awhile. Better the cap than the extractor. I replace about once per year.
