A favorite among benchrest shooters. A chamber type bullet seater positively controls both bullet and cartridge case alignment. The case and bullet are completely captured by the die prior to the bullet being pushed straight into the case by a close-fitting seating stem. This style of bullet seater works more accurately than a conventional (7/8"-14) bullet seating die. This is one of the most accurate bullet seaters ever made.

LE Wilson 6 Dasher seat die

I've started the switch over to this type of seating die as it reduces the runout I've seen with other brands of dies. It also lets you change steams quickly to a VLD type for different bullet types. Overall, I give the Wilson seat die a firm five-star rating and highly recommend them. Hunting or competition loading, you won't go wrong with the LE Wilson seat die. You may want to add a K&M Arbor press to go with this type of die.
