Ammo Checkers are gauges that verify the quality and consistency of both reloaded and factory ammo. They are machined from solid aluminum and cut with custom tooling to SAAMI minimum chamber tolerances. Just drop your cartridge into the gauge and if it fits, it will chamber in your gun. Each gauge is clearly marked for caliber and is anodized in a bright orange color so that they will be easy to spot on your reloading bench.

I received what appears to be a used item

I placed an order for a Lyman Ammo Checker 308 Winchester as part of order.
The item I received appears to be a used item as it has little nicks and scratches all over the item including on the rim where the bullet is supposed to dropped in for checking.
Nowhere in the listing for the item is there any reference to this being a used item.
Update to previous review on nicks and scratches, raised to 5 stars:
Problem with nicks and scratches resolved.
Graf & Sons responded quickly and together with Lyman offered to resolve the issue. Resolution was prompt and to my total satisfaction.
