For our Facebook followers:

Facebook has started “punishing” our account whenever we post a picture of one of our products which we mark as “on sale”, “back-in-stock”, “% off” and other promotions. Just recently we tried to make you, our customer, aware of Primers being in stock. Facebook took the post down and blocked us from posting or even commenting for 24 hours.

This is unacceptable. We will continue to inform you of any sales, bundles, items that are back-in-stock etc. To do this we have a work-around.

We will post a picture of a flag (like the one you saw to follow this link) which, when you click the link in the copy, will lead you to a promotion of some sort. This will include things like:

• 1. Back-in-stock popular items
• 2. Items on sale
• 3. Promotional bundles
• 4. New items or vendors
• 5. Discounts
• 6. And any other specials

Our Facebook account is our biggest social media reach so far and still growing so we will not get off of Facebook. We do encourage, however, our Facebook followers to also follow us on other platforms such as Instagram (who is also trying to sensor), Twitter, MeWe and Parlor. These newer accounts are growing and adding more followers all the time. We will be adding more platforms and will include their links to our website once we are established on those accounts.
