Pumpkin orange ammo box - stands out from other ammo boxes.

The only reason for 4 stars is that plastic is sort of brittle and might break if loaded full of ammo and is dropped on hard floor. One hinge sometimes become disengaged & needs to be snapped back into place.
I buy the pumpkin orange boxes for my FN Mauser 140 grain 6.5-06 loads & the nice pumpkin color is a reminder of fall hunting.

Very good price for ammo storage box and the quality is good enough for the purpose. However , I deducted 1 star for the weak latch. You don't have to try too hard to unhinge this latch. But as I said, it's good enough for the intended use.

I knocked one off the bench onto a concrete floor.
It was full of 30-06 and it survived. They work great. I'll be buying more!

This hinged top box works very well for full sized rifle rounds. I use it for reloaded ammo. The construction is substantial and the latch stays closed. They stack well and will replace old boxes from other manufacturers with failed hinges or cracked bodies.

This is the second time I have bought these hinged ammunition boxes. They stay closed and stack really good!
