The Dillon XL750 is a high-speed progressive reloading machine designed to load common rifle and handgun cartridges, from 17 Hornet through the common belted magnum cartridges in rifle, and 32 ACP through 500 S&W in handgun. Machine height from the bench is 32" without the optional electric case feeder, 38 1/2" with the electric casefeeder installed.

The XL750 comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects and normal wear and tear.

NOTE: NO DIES ARE INCLUDED WITH THE LOADER. DIES ARE SOLD SEPARATELY.

CONFIGURATION NOTE: the XL750 does not support the combination of the Dillon 3-die set, a low powder check and a Mr. Bullet Feeder.

The basic XL 750 includes the following:

  • 1 powder measure with standard large and small powder bars (small bar installed). The small bar throws from 2.1 to 15 grains of powder. The large bar throws from 15 to 55 grains of extruded powder or up to 60 grains of ball/spherical type powder.
  • 1 primer system with large and small priming parts (appropriate size installed).
  • 1 large and one small primer pick-up tube.
  • Low Primer Alarm
  • 1 loaded cartridge bin
  • 1 toolhead
  • 1 powder die
  • 1 set of standard Allen wrenches

The XL750 is highly customizable. See options and recommendations listed below.

You Will Also Need (At Minimum) (Sold Separately)

  • Reloading Dies
  • Powder Scale
  • Reloading Handbook
  • Calipers
  • Primer Flip Tray
  • Case Lube (for bottleneck cartridges)

Dillon Also Suggests That You Purchase

  • Electric Casefeeder to speed up your reloading substantially.
  • Case feed plate(s), required if you purchase a casefeeder.
  • Dillon dies, which are designed for high-speed use.
  • Extra primer pick-up tubes, if loading more than 100-200 rounds per session.
  • RF100 Electric Primer Filler, an accessory well worth considering if you are loading more than 500 rounds per session.
  • A machine cover to keep the unit dust free.

To Change Calibers, You Will Need

  • Additional die set.
  • Caliber conversion kit.
  • You may need a different casefeed plate. Please refer to the caliber conversion chart in the manual.
  • If you prefer to dedicate a separate primer feed station for each size: #20476 Large or #20419 Small.

If you leave your dies preset, you'll need a Quick Change Kit which includes powder measure, powder die, and a toolhead. This allows you to leave your dies and powder charge set up and dedicated to a specific cartridge for faster, easier caliber changes.

The XL750 is shown in the second picture with the following options that are not included:
  • Electric Casefeeder
  • Roller Handle
  • Strong Mount
  • Bullet Tray
  • Powdercheck Die
  • Low Powder Sensor

Die lock rings

The die lock rings can be installed on the bottom of the tool head if there isnt any, or enough, threads on the top side.

Good press but Dillon isn’t telling the whole truth

Purchased this press as an upgrade/replacement to my 30 year old XL650 PRESS. Dillon professes that conversion kits and tool heads are interchangeable. That is correct, but what they aren’t telling you is that the press opening is slightly larger which creates a new problem for your dies that were in use on your XL650 or any new dies you may what to purchase. All of my RCBS dies that I used on my 650 were barely long enough to be threaded into the tool head and be secured with a die locking ring on the XL650. On the XL750 with its slightly larger opening, now all of my RCBS dies are no longer long enough to be used. When adjusted properly the threaded portion no longer is able to accept a die lock ring because you have to seat the dies so much deeper in the tool head to account for the larger press opening. RCBS, LYMAN dies are too short to use. My Redding dies are long enough, barely. DILLON is not letting people know that RCBS dies are now too short to be used properly in their XL750. I think they did this on PURPOSE so all of us will have to purchase and use DILLON branded dies. Redding dies just by happenstance are barely threaded long enough to be adjusted and locked with a lock ring and can be used properly.
JUST BE FOREWARNED ABOUT THIS PRESS AND RCBS DIE INCOMPATIBILITY. They will thread in, but you will not be able to lock them down because there will be no threads left above the top of the tool head to accommodate the lock ring! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

XL750

The XL750 is a magnificent piece of manufacturing. In the 90s I bought Dillon's Square Deal B press which is nice but the XL750 is such an advancement that I just had to purchase it. The speed in which you can reload is amazing as well as the smooth operation of the press. I highly recommend it to anyone wishing to move on up in speed and quality!

Great press

Really like the quick change options and no dies since I already have them. Fast shipping. Great service.
