EAGLE COPPER PLATED SHOT #5 & #6 "MIXED" 10LB BAG

I like this size shot and it is also accurate. Both the copper and the nickel plated that Eagle produces are great products. I've made some 1.5oz buffered 20 gauge 3" shells using this and they slam the target hard. There was some discoloration in the bag I received. The copper may show more oxidation than the nickel plated.

Nice price, love the flat rate shipping. Haven't got to shoot or load any of this as I'm just getting all the parts I need to reload shotshells

I bought the #5 and #6 shot for the upcoming pheasant season as I was running out of the West Coast plated shot.
After checking the price of both, choosing the Eagle was a no brainer. The shot looked as nice as the West Coast it was replacing unlike some of the earlier reviews.
My reloaders liked the shot and I liked the price. I'll buy more.

Great shot for turkey hunting. Patterns great in my gun. With fixed shipping its not crazy for heavy items like shot.

Bought some of this to reload for a friend for pheasant hunting. He said he was shooting pheasants way farther away than normal when he was using just hard non plated #6 shot. He said it made a big difference.

Loading this in 12 gauge 1-1/4 oz for my North Dakota bird hunting trip. Pheasant, Huns and sharptails beware.

Have been using #5 copper coat shot for 12ga 1oz loads to harvest pheasant and feel that the penetration and knock down is better than lead. Now i'm loading .410 1/2oz loads for squirrel. I hope to have good results this weekend.
