This shot starts with a hardened antimony lead core which is then copper-washed and finished with a heavy plating of nickel. The resulting pellet patterns better and penetrates game like no other shot on the planet.

Nickel plated is THE best

I have been using nickel plated shot with astounding results for years. On game birds nothing performs close to the way NP shot does. First, the pellets are very hard and don’t deform during the force of firing so they pattern extremely well with a short “string”. Second, they penetrate like no other shot, often clear through, and they never pull feathers into the meat! I always use this shot for important target shooting (when prize money is involved) as it seems to give me an edge. With the great prices at Graf’s I think I’ll be using more of it.
