Frankford Arsenal Plastic Hinge-Top Ammo Box #508 50 Rounds

These frankford 45acp 50 round boxes have a nice hinge on them, they aren't overly deep so your empty shells don't come out all over when the closed box gets turned over. They have a nice sturdy latch on them. I haven't dropped one of them on the concrete yet to see how non-breakable they are, but they seem a little hard, so they may break. They're pretty good boxes, but they're made in China. I make my money in the US, I feel obligated to spend my money in the US. Therefore, I'll have to buy MTM boxes which are better anyway. The reason I didn't buy them this time was because they were out of stock. That's not a good enough reason to be a commy!

The Frankford Arsenal 50 round 10mm-45 Auto hinged ammo box is a nice product. The hinge allows the lid to open easily and completely for easy access to the rounds. The box is also sturdier than some other brands, with thick walls between the cavities. However, this extra thickness and strength does make for a box a bit larger than some other brands. It would also be nice if they were available in more than just black.
