45gr. Hornet bullet

This is the only bullet I use in my Savage model 40 single shot. Using WW680 or IMR4227 it shoots 1/2 inch groups at 100yds. The bullet works great on chucks and other varmints. Don't be afraid to purchase.

Graf Has What I need.

I always look to Graf first for my reloading needs. I'll be working up a load for my Hornet insert in my drilling, and the Hornadys should be perfect

22 Hornet load - Savage 340E

Have been working up loads for an excellent condition, vintage Savage 340E. After trying various Nosler, Sierra and Barnes bullets with different powders/weights, this bullet and near max doses of AA1680 was the clear winner. Consistently getting .75" grps. despite the heavy trigger pull.

Hornady 45 gr. Hornet .224

This bullet has consistently given the best groups in my Ruger bolt action. Recently it gave me a 0.9" group of 10 rounds.
