Loads easy and with low powder charges very economical

I use these to load subsonic rounds and they're terrific for that purpose. I've loaded Lighting bullets in multiple calibers with very good results. Great product.

I just got these, and loaded two small batches.
One was normal velocity, one VERY low velocity.
The normal velocity was as accurate as I am, the slow rounds spread a bit, but side to side, probably operator error.
All in all, accurate, inexpensive bullets.
By the way, the Ruger PC Carbine cycled just fine with the very light loads.

When I purchased these bullets, they were on sale. As a shooter and handloader, I'm always looking for ways to save money, so this purchase made good sense. The thing is, if your bargain bullets don't perform properly, you've squandered money instead of saving money. In my opinion, you can spend more on 147 grain bullets, but you can't do better than Lightning!
Starting at X.X grains, I loaded up 3 sets of 15 rounds, each set graduated by 0.20 grains of AA #5. After settling on a promising combination, I made 200 rounds which were tested in a P85, a P95 (both Rugers) and a CZ 75. There wasn't a hiccup in the bunch. Accuracy was very good for offhand shooting, but the P95 shot like a new target gun!
I highly recommend these to careful, frugal handloader who don't mind getting an accurate load along with their bargain bullets!

I have reloaded 9mm for many years and have found these cast bullets flawless to load , and accurate to shoot.
They also cycle quite well through 4 different guns I shoot.
