Only the highest quality materials are incorporated in Montana X-Treme rods. Two sets of thrust bearings secured between hardened stainless steel retainers insure an effective force is distributed during push/pull and help keep your jag or brush from unscrewing. These rods are constructed of the highest strength spring steel available and coated with our proprietary, non-embedding coating. The handle is machined aluminum and sized to avoid contact with gun stocks. Quite simply, Montana X-Treme Cleaning Rods are the most effective cleaning rods you can buy.

Finest Rod Made

I've been an avid fan of shooting sports for over 50 years and have cleaned a lot of firearms. Have purchased many different makes of rifle cleaning rods. Until I used this rod I had no idea what 'smooth' was. The bearings in the handle, the quality materials and construction put this rod at the top of the list. I wouldn't consider owning any other make rods after using a Montana.
