Winchester 30 Caliber (.308 Diameter) Bullets 147 grain Full Metal Jacket Boat Tail Box of 10

These are crap... Why...??? The ones I have received, the bullets have dented noses/oglives and there are only 99 in the box vs the 100 that should be there. I called Winchester HQ in East Alton, Illinois- no one there answers their phone nor do they return a call when a message is left. So, far out of four boxes 100 piece boxes, 18 bullets are damaged and 3 are missing. I have never seen Winchester quality this bad in 40 years of reloading. I would leave "no stars" if I could...

Good bullets for the price. Length of a 10 bullet sample that I took from one box ran from 1.092 to 1.099. Weight ran from 146.9 to 148.0. Accuracy what is to be expected from FMJ bullets running around to 2.0 to 2.5" at 100 yds. from my M1A rifle. They don't shoot like match bullets but they cost a whole lot less. Good for plinking ammo!
